Details:

  • 1+ year experience required handling high volume phone calls/emails
  • Through effective email and phone communication, you will build the relationship between the customer and company while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • You will answer incoming customer questions related to products, quotes, and custom orders.
  • You must be able to prioritize a high volume of calls and cases while meeting deadlines. Each interaction should remind our customers how important they are to us.
